BlackBarbiebyTK is a custom dress boutique in Barclay Square, Sunnyside, Pretoria. We design and hand-make matric dance dresses, pageant gowns, traditional and African-print outfits, evening wear and event dresses — each one tailored to your exact measurements and finished in the colour you love.
We started BlackBarbiebyTK on a simple belief: every woman deserves a dress made for her — not squeezed into a size that never quite fits, or settled for because it was the only one on the rail. So we make dresses to order. You choose the design and the colour, we take your measurements, and we cut and sew a one-of-a-kind piece that's yours alone.
From a nervous first-time matric customer to brides and pageant queens, our clients come to us for the moments that matter most. Today our collection has grown to over 140 designs — and it keeps growing every week — spanning evening wear, traditional and African-print, casual and occasion dresses, and more. Whether you shop online or visit us in Pretoria, the promise is the same: a dress made beautifully, and made to fit.
