Terms & Conditions

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy a made-to-order dress from us. Your order is confirmed once we have accepted it and received your deposit. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is unavailable or the details cannot be met — in which case any amount paid is refunded.

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include any applicable charges shown at checkout. Orders are secured with an 80% deposit, and the remaining balance is payable before delivery or collection.

Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.

Each dress is made specifically for you based on the size, colour and measurements you provide. Please supply these carefully — because a made-to-order piece cannot be resold, our Returns & Refund Policy explains what can and cannot be returned.

Production and delivery timeframes are set out in our Delivery Policy. Timeframes are estimates; while we work hard to meet them, they are not guaranteed and may be affected by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any dispute will be dealt with in the South African courts.
