Delivery Policy

We ship nationwide within South Africa using trusted couriers, including Pep Paxi, Aramex, The Courier Guy. You choose your preferred delivery method at checkout, or arrange to collect from us in Pretoria.

Because each dress is made to order, most orders are ready within 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the design and how busy we are. If you have a specific date you need it by — a matric dance, a wedding — tell us when you order and we will confirm whether we can meet it.

Once your dress is ready and the balance is settled, courier delivery usually takes 2 to 4 business days to main centres, and a little longer to outlying areas. Delivery is charged according to the courier and destination, and the cost is confirmed with you before dispatch.

Orders are secured with an 80% deposit. The remaining balance is payable before your order is delivered or collected — you can pay the balance online from your order page whenever it suits you.

You can check your order at any time from the Track page using your order number, and we will keep you updated on WhatsApp along the way.
